Fill these in and copy the signature into Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail.
JPG, PNG, or WebP. Square works best (the signature crops to a 120×120 circle). Photo is embedded directly in the signature — no upload to a server.
Direct image URL. Use this if your photo is already hosted (Gravatar, company drive, etc.). Smaller signature filesize than uploading.

How to install in Gmail / Outlook / Apple Mail
Gmail
- Click Copy HTML above.
- Open Gmail → ⚙️ See all settings → General tab → scroll to Signature.
- Click Create new, name it (e.g., "Benefitra"), and paste into the rich-text box (
Cmd/Ctrl+V). - Under Signature defaults, set it for new emails + replies.
- Save Changes at the bottom.
Outlook (web)
- ⚙️ Settings → Mail → Compose and reply.
- Paste into the signature editor and save.
Outlook (desktop, Windows)
- Click Download .html above.
- File Explorer →
%appdata%\Microsoft\Signatures\. - Drop the downloaded file there (rename to e.g.
Benefitra.htm). - Outlook → File → Options → Mail → Signatures → assign to new/reply.
Apple Mail
- Mail → Settings → Signatures.
- Create a placeholder signature, then quit Mail.
- Replace the placeholder
.mailsignaturefile in~/Library/Mail/V10/MailData/Signatures/with the downloaded HTML (preserve the top metadata block). - Lock the file (Get Info → Locked) so Mail doesn't rewrite it.
Photo tip: if you uploaded a file (base64), Gmail re-hosts it on their CDN the first time you save — the signature size drops dramatically after that. Outlook desktop embeds it permanently.
