A complete copper roof installation on a Greater Boston home. Every panel was cut, braked, and formed on-site to match the actual roof geometry. Vertical seams locked and cleated. Horizontal seams hand-soldered with 50/50 solder. The chimney saddle, pipe collars, and dormer caps were each hand-formed. The copper will patinate to a verdigris green over the next decade.
